We kindly request that landlords complete the form in full, including any relevant documents or photos. Once we receive the required information, we will coordinate directly with the tenant to arrange a convenient time for the survey. A confirmation email with the appointment details will then be sent to you, ensuring a smooth and efficient process with minimal back-and-forth communication.

There will be a minimum charge for Timber and Damp (T&D) surveys. If you are unsure, please contact us, and we will provide you with the exact price.

Additionally, we can provide you with a detailed Mould and Condensation Report, including an estimate for any required work.
