Once we receive the required information, we will arrange a convenient time directly with you for the survey. A confirmation email with the appointment details will then be sent, ensuring a smooth and efficient process with minimal back-and-forth communication.

There will be a minimum charge for Reinspection surveys of £75+vat total £90. If however the issue is relating to previous work carried out by us this will be reimbursed and any works originally done where the issue has returned will be carried out free of charge under the terms of your guarantee.
